At Mbah's House. Atok and tokwan also came to the "Slametan". According to Mbah, about 1000 people came that day and it was a successful slametan for Mbah and our family. Alhamdulillah.

Trip to Cilacap With Atok and Tokwan

In February 2010, i had the chance to take tokwan and atok for sightseing around the city of Solo, Yogyakarta and of course Mbah's home in cilacap. We attended pakcik Budi's Wedding in Cilacap. we also travel to Purworkerto and Batu Raden, a cool place and had a good view of the active volcanoe mountain of Gunung Slamet. It is oly 45 minutes drive from cilacap. My mum said u can see the mountain from cilacap in those days, but now we can hardly see it. Tok and tokwan is a bit exhausted though , but really enjoyed the one week stay in cilacap and Yogyakarta.

My Trip to Prambanan Hindu Temple

The Prambanan Hindu Temple is highly affected by the Earthquake in 2008, Major works is under progress to restore the temple during my visit. Rocks has fallen out of the temple structures. however it is amazing to see the great structures ever built by man in the past. The hinduism is very much related to the javanese people especially in the island of Bali. But most traditions of the hindus and the names of the javanese people are depictions of the javanese.

Wonosari Kids Fun Park, Yogyakarta

Wonosari Kids fun park is a must go place. It is located in the outskirt of the city of Yogyakarta. The town is wonosari. A lot of waterplays are provided including a swimmingpool for kids. Bumper cars, Dinosour rides, mini Formula 1 cars, mini Harley davidsons and more. I really enjoyed my day at the park and wanted to visit again if i have the chance.

Trip to Borobudur Temple

My Vacation to the Borobudur Temple , located 45 minutes drive from the city of Yogyakarta.

Pantai Kucing, Weleri

Pantai Kucing is famous for its Dolphin Show, (like Seaworld) managed by local fishermens in the surrounding village. It is located 10 minutes drive from fadlins house near the beachfront in weleri, kendal. the entrance to the show is around 20,000 rupiah per person plus u get a close up personal picture with the dolphins. A very enjoyable show and most memorable.

Curugsewu Waterfall Park, Weleri

Curugsewu is located 45 minutes north of Weleri ( Fadlins house) in Kendal, Semarang. It is a waterfall park up hill, The road is very steep and winding, Thanks to my experienced driver , of course my dad for driving us there safely.
